We've released a new Windows Live Quick App. ContosoISV is a professional services Web site using Windows Live platform services for customer acquisition and  CRM scenarios. Featured technologies include the Windows Live Messenger IM Control, which allows customers to interact with sales staff via IM from your Web site. The sales staff can then schedule an appointment with the customer using the Windows Live Messenger client and an activity that integrates Microsoft Virtual Earth and Windows Live Alerts. This application also leverages Silverlight Streaming by Windows Live to provide an interactive video carousel.
