The original release of this control was known as the Windows Live Contacts Gadget (Beta). We have released a new version with improved performance and stability and renamed it the Windows Live Contacts Control v0.2. Moving forward, we will refer to this original release as v0.1. For legacey purposes, the API and Known Issues pages for v0.1 are linked from here.

All new uses of the Contacts Control should use the latest version, which can always be found at http://dev.live.com/contactscontrol/.

All samples on dev.live.com will be updated to work with the latest version.
