Live Services - Terms of Service FAQ

It says in the Live Services Terms of Service (TOS) that you reserve the right to charge for the use of the Services. Where can I find information about licensing fees?

Can I write a rich client application for a PC, mobile device, or appliance using Live Services?

For Live Services, the TOS only authorizes you to use the services from a Web application used through a Web browser. If you are interested in using these services on rich client applications, contact us at wlserv@microsoft.com.
